DSB Announces Governance Advisory Committee Membership

The Derivatives Service Bureau (DSB), the global golden source of reference data for Over the Counter (OTC) derivatives, announced the initial membership of the Governance Advisory Committee (GAC).

The GAC will enable industry participants to provide advice and make recommendations to the DSB Board on matters related to governance, risk and compliance to ensure the continued success of the DSB in providing the best possible service to the industry as a whole. The Charter for the GAC is available on the DSB website – Governance Advisory Committee Charter

Members, comprising industry and regulatory stakeholders, have been appointed on the basis that they have subject matter expertise within the OTC derivatives markets, as well as to ensure a balanced representation of institutions across function, size, geographic region and asset class.
